What is it?
An intensive two-day programme covering the basic people skills of management.

Who should attend?
Anyone newly appointed, or about to be, to their first job leading others.

Previous experience required?
None.

The course will produce managers with better diplomatic and people skills – in other words, better leaders.

Benefits to the individual?
At the end of the course participants will be more confident managers and motivators, with people skills they can use at work and in private life, enhanced confidence and competence to lead.

What ground is covered?
Role play and theoretical sessions involving teams - being aware of different personalities and learning styles, how teams work, motivating, negotiating, managing meetings and resolving conflict.
