What is it?
A stimulating one-day programme to introduce basic TV techniques and give
interview practice in a number of authentic news and feature settings.
Who should attend?
Anyone who needs to deal with TV journalists or represent their organisation
on TV.
Previous experience required?
None.

Better understanding of the TV process, more confidence to appear on TV, better
understanding of dress, voice and body language.
What ground is covered?
Participants undergo realistic TV interviews, and get constructive feedback
in a supportive group environment. There are sessions on aspects of news and
the art of the soundbite.
Pre-course work?
None, though it is helpful to arrive at the course with several news story
ideas.
Dress code?
Business dress, plain bold colours, no fussy jewellery, no stripes or checks.
