What is it?
An intensive one-day programme to reinforce basic news concepts and give practice
in handling more challenging TV interviews.
Who should attend?
Anyone who needs to deal with or represent their organisation on TV.
Previous experience required?
Yes.

Better understanding of TV news, more confidence to appear on TV in good and

What ground is covered?
Participants undergo realistic TV interviews in a variety of settings, and
get constructive feedback in a supportive group environment. There are sessions
on TV tips, the art of the soundbite and the remote interview.
Pre-course work?
None, though it is helpful to arrive at the course with several news story
ideas.
Dress code?
Business dress, plain bold colours, no fussy jewellery, no stripes or checks.
