Tony Coll is a communications consultant, writer and director with a background in broadcasting, journalism and the arts.

His work ranges from journalism, speeches and presentations through advertising and promotional material, educational booklets and manuals to drama and comedy. He has a specialist interest in developing speaker/facilitator support material for use in cascaded culture change programmes.

Drawing on his earlier career as a newspaper reporter and BBC TV and radio reporter, editor and producer, Tony produces crisp, well-presented factual material written in a light, easy-to-follow, news-based style.

Tony’s media skills have also made him one of the UK’s leading media and presentation trainers. He is the media training consultant to the Chartered Management Institute and other management development organisations.

His work has included a self-help book on Mentoring Skills, three separate brochures for the Institute of Health and Care Development, plus corporate videos and live events for a variety of instructional and motivational purposes.

In the corporate video field, Tony has won three national and international production awards - USA: Association for Multimedia International Annual Video Awards for Best Script and Best Production, for ‘Net Gain’ for Electrosonic; UK: British Medical Association Annual Video Awards, Silver Award for ‘Emergency in the Surgery’ for the British Postgraduate Medical Federation.
